Booking.com Commissions

  1. Access your Extranet with your username and password. 
  2. Go to the Administration tab + Reservation statement. 
  3. Locate the reservation to claim, select the box in the "Claim" column and click on the blue button "Claim Reservation
  4. Enter $ 0 in the "Actual Amount" space, choose the reason for the claim and write details of your message. For example: "Please cancel commission since the client never arrived" (Or in this instance hotel was not open to accommodate guests)
  5. Send message. As soon as you submit your claim, give us notice to review your request. Best regards, Credit Control team.

Onyx - Franchise T/A Commissions

Many franchised hotels use Onyx to manage travel agent commissions and billing. Similar to how hotels verify OTA reservations on Expedia and Booking.com, this is where a hotel would verify commissions coming from a franchise. Here is a user guide:

Quick Instructions:

  1. Login to payments.onyxcentersource.com
  2. Click on Data Input > Commission check
  3. To view details of a specific commission line item, click on Date or Association name
