SOP - Expectations of Privacy Policy

The company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the damage, loss or theft of personal property due to third parties.


Our offices and workspaces, including desks and lockers, are our property, and we reserve the right to have access to them without prior notice to our employees at any time. Employees should therefore not expect that their private property will be treated as private and personal. The company owns the electronic mail and should only be accessed for business purposes. Personal Internet accounts are not intended for company business use. Our company reserves the right to inspect, monitor, and have access to our computers, e-mail messages, voicemail messages, and Internet communications.


To promote the safety of employees, company visitors and guests, as well as the security of its facilities, we reserve the right to conduct video surveillance of any portion of its premises at any time. Video cameras will be positioned in appropriate places within and around company buildings. The only exceptions to this policy include private areas of restrooms, showers and dressing rooms.
