Introduction
All SLH customers have the opportunity to purchase monetary value eGift cards on slh.com which can be redeemed at every SLH member hotel. They are available in four different currencies (USD, EUR, AUD and GBP) at a starting value of 50.
Valid for 12 months, the recipient will receive the SLH eGift Card in a personalised email and an SMS text notification via the mobile phone.
The recipients must book online via slh.com or the SLH Voice Centres and input the eGift card number (6 character code) on the reservation form in the “Special requests” section.
*Should a guest arrive at the hotel with an SLH eGift Card but without a note in the booking, please check and validate the eGift card as normal.
Please note the SLH eGift cards are not printed by default, so clients can present them on their mobile device upon checking in.
SLH eGift cards can only be redeemed as part of an overnight stay and can be used partially or in full at checkout. If the total value of the eGift card is more than the invoice at the hotel, the remaining value is available for use at another SLH property. Click here for the full T&C details.

Note for Accounting & PMS Processing
After the eGift card has been redeemed via the widget, your property will be credited, less the 10% programme charge. Note that the SLH commission fee still applies according to the channel. All the information, training guides including the SLH widget can be downloaded from mySLH here.
To process payment in a folio, use External Payment Method > Gift Certificate (or Loyalty Points if Gift Cert isn't available)
