What is an employee referral reward?

In order to encourage employees to refer talented individuals, successful referrals will always be compensated.

Bonuses vary depending on positions: Front Desk, Night Audit, Laundry Attendant, Breakfast Attendant, Property Engineer, and Houseman positions will earn bonuses of $50.00*. Guest Room Attendant positions will earn bonuses of $100.00*.

*All bonuses paid under this program are subject to tax withholding. 

Who is eligible to take part?

• Senior-level management staff
• Employees whose regular job includes the recruitment of employees or who are members of the HR Department
• Hiring managers/supervisors or other people who manage hiring applicants.

Rule for Bonuses

• Referred Employees will receive their bonus after 3 months of the Applicant being hired.
  • New hire must not have unexcused absences or disciplinary actions within their first 90-days
• Both employees are required to be employed with the company during the 90-day period, and in good standing, to be able to earn the bonus
• Employees can refer as many times as they desire
• If the same candidate is referred by several employees, the first employee receives the bonus

Referral Process

Employees must complete a referral form. This is obtained through the General Manager in order to qualify for the bonus, which will be delivered to Human Resources within one week before the 90-day "probation period".

The General Manager will be required to inform the HR Department via the shared Referral Tracking Sheet that can be found in Gdrive with updates on the applicant. The bonus will be tracked and compensated after the 90-day period has passed smoothly by the Human Resource Department.
