Instructions for NPR Agents
Use the Promo Code provided by the hotel and then book the reservation as if you are the guest.
- Do not select “Booking for others”. This is reserved for when you (the booker) are using your own payment method.
- Add the Note: “Booked by National Park Reservations”
Afterwards, email the hotel with the confirmation number and guest name on the reservation. Hotel staff will send a confirmation from the hotel system.
Instructions for Hotel Staff
Upon receiving an email request from the Travel Agency with the (1) Confirmation Number and (2) Guest Name, send a confirmation email to their travel agency email.
- Go to the Mailings Tab of the reservation
- Select “Confirmation” as the type of mailing
- Change Receiver from “Customer” to “Custom”
- Enter the email address provided by the Travel Agency and click “Send”
- Additionally: Go to the "Properties" tab, “Travel Agency”, and enter the travel agency name here.
Email Address
Do not add the Travel Agency email address to the guest profile. Only use the “Custom” option to send the confirmation to the travel agency manually.

Cancellations
If a guest contacts the hotel directly (via phone, email, in person, or other) and cancels the reservation, convey the cancellation update to NPR by emailing the cancellation confirmation to customerservice@nprmail.com
