We have partnered with Human Interest to provide you with a 401(k) plan, as a valued employee. With Human Interest, you have access to low-cost index funds and a robo advisory service to ensure your investments are well diversified and risk-appropriate. Not sure what a 401(k)plan is? HumanInterest's support center can be found at this link.

We offer plans to employees over 18 who have worked with us for six months more. Human Interest will send you instructions on how to enroll a month prior to your eligibility date. Please keep an eye on your inbox! We will also send you an email and/or the manager will inform you when you will be eligible. Human Interest will automatically enroll you at 3%, so you will have to make any adjustments prior to your eligibility date (for example, make any changes and/or opt-out of the plan).
