Subject Scammer Calls to the Properties

Hello Everyone:

It is important to bring to all your attention a serious problem that is occurring

around the property.

We have recently been made aware that someone is pretending to be the owner

and claiming that an amount is owed to pay for a shipment or settle a debt. There is

no truth to this. Specifically, they require that the employee send them money in a

certain way. The owner will never contact the property and request that the

employee sends money. In the event that you are contacted, tell them that you will

need a manager's permission. Do not engage this person, if need be hang up the

phone. Tell your direct manager or the General Manager as soon as possible. I would

appreciate an email with a brief description of what transpired, I can be emailed at

kgrewal@foothillshg.com.

It’s imperative to help maintain the property’s data security, assets and integrity.

Thank you for your continued cooperation as we strive to keep our customers’ and

employees’ data safe and secure.

Thank you!
